The solid-sealed pole of the ZW32 series switch is a core component of outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers. Based on the mature APG epoxy resin solid-sealing process, it offers outstanding advantages in terms of performance, reliability, and environmental adaptability. Its key technical advantages and product features are as follows:

Through the APG process, the vacuum interrupter, main conductive circuit, and other key components are completely encapsulated inside epoxy resin, eliminating all exposed live parts. This significantly improves insulation performance.
The creepage distance is no less than 31 mm/kV (epoxy resin insulation), effectively preventing insulation degradation caused by external factors such as condensation, dust, and salt fog. With a pollution level rating of Class IV, the solid-sealed pole is suitable for complex outdoor environments with high humidity and severe contamination.
The solid-sealed structure completely isolates the vacuum interrupter from the external environment, preventing leakage risks caused by moisture and impurities entering the interrupter.
Its mechanical endurance can reach up to 10,000 operations. Throughout the entire service life, no internal maintenance of the pole is required, greatly reducing operation and maintenance workload for outdoor equipment.
The solid-sealed pole integrates the vacuum interrupter and insulation structure into a single molded unit, providing high overall mechanical strength and excellent resistance to external forces such as strong earthquakes and high winds.
Meanwhile, the longitudinal magnetic field technology is adopted to control the vacuum arc. The interrupting current capacity can reach up to 31.5 kA. During current interruption, the arc is evenly distributed, resulting in lower contact erosion.
The rated short-circuit current interruption capability can reach 30 operations, ensuring long-term stable switching performance.
The solid-sealed pole features a significantly reduced volume, meeting the compact installation requirements of ZW32 series Outdoor pole mounted VCB and making it more suitable for space-limited outdoor pole installation applications.
After solid sealing, the pole can operate reliably within a wide temperature range of -30°C to +60°C.
It can also adapt to high-altitude environments up to 4,500 meters above sea level and withstand harsh outdoor conditions such as extreme temperature variations and strong ultraviolet radiation, without insulation cracking or accelerated aging.
The solid-sealed pole can integrate built-in electronic current and voltage sensors, enabling an integrated design of the pole body and measurement unit.
The sensors require no calibration. Combined with intelligent terminals for primary-secondary integration, the system can accurately perform functions such as fault detection and zero-sequence protection, meeting the upgrading requirements of distribution automation systems.

The interior of the pole contains neither transformer oil nor SF₆ greenhouse gas. Therefore, it eliminates safety risks such as explosions and medium leakage.
As an environmentally friendly insulation structure, it meets the requirements for green upgrades of power grid equipment.
