YB □ -12 series intelligent integrated substation is a high-voltage switchgear distribution transformer and low- voltage distribution device, according to a certain wiring scheme arranged into one of the factory prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact distribution equipment, that is, high-voltage power, transformer, low-voltage distribution and other functions organically combined together. Installed in a moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rat-proof, fire- proof, anti-theft, septa, fully closed, mobile steel structure or non-metallic box, mechanical and electrical integration fully closed operation;
Widely used in urban power grid transformation, residential communities, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oil fields, wharfs, highways and temporary electricity facilities and other indoor and outdoor places.
The basic structure of the box is divided into ” 目 ” shape and ” 品 ” shape, box skeleton is welded with high-quality channel steel and Angle steel, with high mechanical strength, the box is made of aluminum alloy profile, with better anticorrosion ability, the overall beautiful shape can be coordinated with the surrounding environment by painting coloring, carefully designed bottom lifting device, It provides great convenience for installation, transportation and movement.
There are independent high voltage room, transformer room and low voltage room in the box transformer. The lighting of each room will be opened automatically with the opening of the door. High voltage room is equipped with high voltage ring network switch equipment, can be selected according to user needs pressure type, vacuum type load switch, and has the “five prevention” function, when the current limiting type of high voltage fuse, a phase of the fuse fused, load switch automatically open, to avoid the failure caused by the lack of phase operation.
The transformer room adopts natural ventilation and automatic control of forced cooling air cooling device, with automatic control of the exhaust system with temperature changes, can effectively control and reduce the temperature in the box, to meet the operation requirements, according to user requirements can also be used to prevent condensation device, along the track can be conveniently from the transformer room on both sides of the door. Box material can prevent rain and dirt from entering, with long-term outdoor use conditions, to ensure anti- corrosion, waterproof, dust-proof performance, long service life, simple maintenance, beautiful appearance.
① Transformers can be dry-type or oil-immersed.
② The low-voltage chamber has the overall function of low-voltage switchgear, which can be selected and combined arbitrarily by users.
③ Enclosure material: Composite plate, stainless steel composite plate, aluminum plated zinc plate, stainless steel plate, metal carved plate.
④ Structure features: High voltage structure is reasonable and compact, can choose HXGN17, XGN15 ring main unit, all with five anti interlocking function. The transformer natural ventilation and automatic ventilation cooling system can be used for dry and oil transformers.
⑤ Low-voltage room: Various power distribution schemes can be adopted according to user’s requirements, with various functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power automatic compensation, electric energy metering, etc., and equipped with automatic lighting system.
In addition to the provisions required by the power department in the aspects of installation, acceptance, handover test, operation and maintenance, intelligent integrated substation should pay attention to the following matters:
① Users should check carefully when receiving the goods according to the relevant provisions. For the products that are not installed immediately, they should be stored in appropriate places according to the provisions of normal use conditions.
② The product should be lifted at the bottom of a special spreader.
③ The level of the product is placed on the basis of doing a good job in advance, and then the gap between the product base and the foundation is sealed with cement sand, so as to avoid rainwater entering the cable room, and access the high and low voltage cables through the bottom sealing plate of the high and low voltage room.
④ After installation, the product should be earthed reliably: the two main earthing terminals on the channel steel of the power station base, the neutral point of the transformer and the enclosure, and the pile head under the arrester should be earthed respectively by the installation department. All earthing devices should share one earthing device, whose earthing resistance should be less than 4 ohms, and there should be no less than two earthing leads leading from the earthing network to the product.
⑤ The following items should be inspected and tested before the product is put into operation after installation or maintenance:
a、Whether the substation is clean;
b、Whether the operating mechanism is flexible;
c、Whether the main electrical equipment on and off is flexible and reliable;
b、Whether the on-off of electrical auxiliary device is reliable and accurate;
e、Whether the meter and the action of the breaker is accurate;
f、The ratio and wiring polarity of the instrument and transformer are correct;
g、Busbar connection is good, its support insulator, clamp installation is reliable;
h、Whether the setting value of the electric appliance meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification is correct;
i、Whether the contacts of the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
⑥ Maintenance
a、All components in the product are maintained according to their respective technical requirements;
b、If the selected transformer is oil-immersed, it should be inspected by sampling analysis at least once a year according to the regulations;
c、The high voltage side switchgear in operation, after 20 times of load or 2000 times of no-load switching operation, should check the contact situation and loss degree of arc extinguishing device, found abnormal should be repaired or replaced in time;
d、Low voltage switchgear automatic tripping, should check and analyze the tripping reason, to be removed after the fault, can be put back into operation;
e、Lightning arresters should be tested preventatively once a year before the thunderstorm season.
