The GT-GIS-12 Gas-Insulated High-Voltage Switchgear is independently developed by our company and uses dry air as the insulating medium. It is mainly applied in power generation, power transmission and distribution substations, and power distribution systems for industrial and mining enterprises. It is suitable for control, protection, and monitoring under environmental conditions such as high humidity (or condensation), high altitude, and heavy pollution.
Ambient temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃
Altitude: ≤4000 m; for altitudes above 4000 m or other special operating conditions, consultation is required
Ambient humidity: daily average relative humidity≤95%; monthly average relative humidity≤90% Installation location: the surrounding air shall be free from explosive and corrosive gases; the installation site shall be free from frequent severe vibration or impact
Electromagnetic environment: the amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in secondary circuits shall not exceed 1.6 kV
Note: For special operating conditions beyond normal service requirements, the user and the manufacturer shall agree through consultation.
The primary circuit components are enclosed in a sealed metal gas chamber with a protection rating up to IP67, effectively reducing the impact of environmental factors. It is suitable for areas with severe pollution and high humidity.
The product features a compact size and a tight structure, enabling convenient operation and maintenance. Its volume is only 3/5 of that of conventional air-insulated switchgear, reducing floor space requirements while providing excellent insulation performance and passing insulation tests under high-voltage conditions.
The circuit breaker, disconnector, and earthing switch are integrated into a single unit, resulting in a more compact and simplified structure.
Remote operation and control can be realized, meeting the requirements of unattended operation.
