GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users in distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V, and rated working current of 4000A. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment. The product has the features of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage switchgear.

Environment temperature: The upper limit of the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃ , and the lower limit is -5℃ . The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35℃
Relative humidity: The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40℃ , and a relatively high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. (For example, 90% at+20℃ ) should consider the possibility of occasional condensation due to temperature changes;
Installation site: The inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane during installation shall not exceed 5%. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, as well as in a place that is insufficient to cause corrosion of electrical components.
Note: When the normal usage conditions mentioned above cannot meet the usage requirements, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
The GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the form of a universal cabinet, and the framework is assembled with C-shaped profiles. The framework parts and special supporting parts are supplied by a designated steel production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20 mold mounting holes.
The high universal coefficient can enable factories to achieve pre-production, which not only shortens the production cycle but also improves work efficiency.
The GGD cabinet design fully considers the heat dissipation issue during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot. Cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot, forming a natural air duct from bottom to top for heat dissipation.
The GGD cabinet is designed according to the requirements of modern industrial product design, using the golden ratio method to design the appearance of the cabinet and the segmentation dimensions of each part, making the entire cabinet beautiful and elegant, giving it a new look.
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain shaped rubber strip is embedded at the folding edge of the door. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.
Instrument doors equipped with electrical components are often connected to the frame using flexible copper wires, and the installation components inside the cabinet are connected to the cabinet frame with knurled screws, forming a complete earthing protection circuit for the entire cabinet.
The surface of the cabinet adopts spray molding, with strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in a matte color tone, avoiding dazzling effects and creating a comfortable visual environment for the duty personnel.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the top cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the usage environment.
