SLVA Standardized low voltage switchgear

SLVA Standardized low voltage switchgear is a modular component assembled modular withdrawable low-voltage switchgear.Widely used in power plants, substations, petrochemical industry, steel smelting and rolling, light industry and textile, residential communities, high-rise buildings and other places. Used as the power, distribution, motor control center,capacitor compensation, and other energy conversion, distribution, and control for low-voltage distribution systems with an AC frequency of 50-60Hz and a rated working voltage of 400V and below.

1.3 Structural features

The standardized design of low-voltage switchgear mainly reflects: unified structural scheme, refined main busbar current specifications, unified cabinet merging requirements, unified primary and secondary cable interfaces, civil engineering interfaces, and other configurations inside the cabinet.

Model And Meaning

a) SLVA low-voltage switchgear product models are divided into single cabinet product models and combination cabinet product models. Among them, the combination cabinet product model is mainly used for the combination scheme of type tests and network access special test prototypes;

b) The single cabinet product model consists of the product name code, horizontal busbar rated current, standardized customized solution single cabinet number, compensation capacity/compact structure identification(if with), where the compact typeis identified with “C”.The model composition of a single cabinet product is shown in Figure 4-1;

c) The product model of the combination cabinet consists of the product name code,horizontal busbar rated current, standardized customized scheme single cabinet number, and compact structure identification (if with). The composition of the combination cabinet product model is shown in Figure 4-2.

Installation, use, and maintenance

When the product is delivered to the destination, the packing box should be checked first.If not installed immediately, it should be stored in a dry cleaning place.The product is recommended for installation off the wall, and the installation foundation plane should be flat.The horizontal error of the foundation channel steel is 1/1000, and the total length deviation is±3mm.After the product is in place, first check whether each product is perpendicular to the ground, otherwise it is allowed to correct the pad.Then the whole arranged bottom frame is connected with the connecting plate, the arranged screw is installed, and then welded with the foundation groove steel.Grade 8.8 is recommended with pressure washer.After connecting the cable, the bottom of the product is closed to prevent small animals from climbing into the cabinet and causing short circuit accidents.

And before being put into operation, the following inspections and tests need to be carried out:

① Check whether the surface covering material (such as spray molding)of the cabinet is damaged, and whether the cabinetis dry and tidy.

② Checkif there are any foreign objects placed inside the cabinet(such as bolts, welding rods, etc.), and check if each bolt is tightened forlooseness or leakAge.

③ Check whether the operating mechanism is flexible, whether there is any jamming or collision in the drawer extraction and insertion, whether the mechanism interlocking is reliable, and whether the action is accurate.

④ Check whether the setting current value of the switch, the scale of the instrument, the changes and polarity of the transformer meet the requirements

⑤ Measure the insulation resistance value of the main circuit and control circuit with a 1000V megohmmeter, which should not be less than 1 megohm.

⑥ The temporary power supply should be used for trial power supply, and the electric closing, opening, and all indicated values should be accurate.

Precautions for use

①The SLVA series cabinets are low-voltage distribution cabinets that are not installed against walls, operated from the front, and maintained on both sides.The maintenance channels and doors of the cabinet must be qualified professionals who have passed the assessment before entering or opening them for operation, inspection, and maintenance.

② After multiple opening and closing of air circuit breakers and molded case switches, especially after short circuit

opening and closing, local contact burns and the generation of carbon substances can increase contact resistance. Maintenance and repair should be carried out according to the circuit breaker user manual.

③ After installation or repair, it is necessary to strictly check the isolation status between each isolation unit and functional units to ensure good functional separation of this device and prevent the expansion of faults.

Product completeness

The switchgear is accompanied by a packing list, product qualification certificate, product user manual, factory test report, primary system diagram, control schematic diagram, secondary wiring diagram, cabinet door key, operating handle, and spare parts provided according to the supporting list.

When placing an order, the customer should provide the following information

① Main circuit scheme(or main wiring system diagram)and electrical component list.

② Distribution cabinet arrangement and layout plan.

③ Drawer unit arrangement diagram and number of spare drawer units.

④ Auxiliary circuit electrical schematic diagram(if there are no special requirements from the user, please follow our factory’s standard scheme diagram).

⑤ Product surface color.

⑥ The incoming and outgoing forms, interface requirements, and any special arrangement and usage conditions of the switchgear in the distribution room.
