KYN550 Indoor metal clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550 switchgear) is the smallest size complete distribution equipment applied to 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and single busbar segmented system. Equipped with the “five prevention” interlocking function of preventing loaded push-pull circuit breaker handcart, preventing accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers, preventing closing of circuit breakers when the earthing switch is in the closed position, preventing accidental entry into the live compartment, and preventing accidental closing of the earthing switch when live. Equipped with indoor medium voltage fixed sealed true air circuit breaker handcart, it is a high-performance distribution equipment.
KYN550 size design cabinet width is only 550mm, KYN550-12 compact miniaturized shape design for customers to save a lot of power distribution space, mainly used in commercial and industrial buildings, real estate, data centers and other industrial power grids with miniaturized demand for power transformation places.
The switchgear is composed of two main parts: a cabinet body and a central withdrawable component (i.e. a handcart). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, with an enclosure protection level of IP4X. When the doors of each compartment and circuit breaker room are opened, the protection level is IP2X. Equipped with overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, and other functional schemes, it can be arranged and combined to form various forms of power distribution devices. This switchgear can be installed, debugged, and maintained from the front, so it can be double arranged back to back and installed against the wall, improving the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reducing the floor area.
Normal service conditions
• Ambient air temperature: Upper limit+40C, lower limit -25C;
• Altitude: The maximum altitude of the equipment installation site is 1000m;
• Environment temperature: The daily average relative humidity shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%;
• Earthquake intensity: not exceeding 8 degrees;
• The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or combustible gases, water vapor, etc.;
• There should be no severe pollution or frequent strong vibrations, and the severity design under harsh conditions should meet Class 1 requirements.
