Overview

1.1 Product Overview

The SC(B)10/SC(B)11 series epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers are manufactured using epoxy

resin with fillers. After vacuum degassing, the resin is cast under vacuum and pressure around the high-voltage and low-voltage windings reinforced with glass fiber mesh. The three-phase windings have high mechanical strength, electrical strength and thermal resistance.

These transformers are widely used in urban power grids, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, hospitals, subways, airports, ships, power plants, laboratories, stations and ports where fireproof, explosion-proof and moisture-resistant equipment is required.

1.2 Product Features

Strong short-circuit resistance, low loss, low no-load current, strong impact resistance, low partial discharge, low noise and excellent heat dissipation.

Performance parameters exceed GB and IEC standards.

Safe, flame-retardant, fire-resistant, pollution-free and suitable for installation at load centers. Maintenance-free, easy installation and low operating cost.

High reliability, strong mechanical strength and excellent seismic resistance.

Moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Strong overload capacity, capable of operating at 120% rated load for long periods without forced air cooling.

Suitable for urban substations in densely populated areas with limited installation space.

Maximum ambient temperature: 40℃

Minimum temperature: -25℃ (outdoor dry-type transformer)

Minimum temperature: -5℃ (indoor dry-type transformer)

Maximum daily average temperature: 30℃

Maximum annual average temperature: 20℃

Relative humidity below 93%, without condensation on the winding surface

Power supply voltage waveform should be approximately sinusoidal

For three-phase transformers, the supply voltage should be approximately symmetrical.
